Day three of the big mother makeover.

This posting should really have been done last night but frankly by the time we finished yesterday then I did my ironing it was straight to bed for me.  We started with a little less spring in our steps and proceeded to wash down the walls by that was that a hard job I'm not used to so much scrubbing. After what seemed hours and hours and hours we realized it was only dinner time so off we set to a little cafe round the corner (you might say the shop around the corner) for all those movie buffs out there. Well imagine our surprise to see the name of said cafe A J's

Now this cafes name reminded us of a diner in NY called  EJ's we thought how odd is this so out came the phone to take a quick photo.

And as the leaflet says we were not disappointed mince and dumplings mashed potato carrots and cabbage just what the doctor ordered or perhaps would have advised against.
Well that scoffed back to work brother up a ladder painting outside of house sister and I back to scrubbing we really cracked the whip today wonder how far we'll get tomorrow.
Mind you just as well mam is away we have her house a complete MESS.
