That's the holidays over and I am back (anybody miss me), now a new year should signal a new me so I devised a check list.
Over the holidays did I eat to much of these.
YES or NO
Did I have too much of this.
Possibly not enough (I only drink in moderation wish I could say the same about everything else).
Now what about these little blighters
YES or NO. Well you have to get rid of them somehow and I couldn't possibly throw them out.
I did do a lot of this.
Now comes the hard part do I need to do some of this and some weightlifting.
YES or NO
Well I don't want to look like this after two mins.
Or this when I have finished.
So I think I will stay the same for now.







Paula, cut back on the spray tan, it's not a good look for you!!
