A Taste of NY.

Just returned after another fabulous time in NY rather than bore you with a lengthy dialogue of holiday I thought I would share some pics that are linked together. This one is diners and food I love diners the food may be okay but it is the look and feel of them, we don't have diners in my part of the world.

1st found this diner when visiting in 2010 with mam and two sisters.

This diner was very close to the hotel and the wait staff were very friendly.

This finer diner as the logo says near Carnegie Hall served the best ever
Old Fashioned Buttermilk Blueberry and Lemon Pancakes.

I've saved the most interesting diner till last
Ellen,s Stardust Diner on 51st and Broadway.

Where the wait staff sing

Solo or a
duet in this case  from the Phantom Of the Opera.

From simple breads

 and omlette

to soups

and salads

To Philly Cheese steak sandwich.

To Lobster sandwich (photo did not come out)
and coconut cake.

Yes we ate our way around NY.

Come back for more photo's of our trip.
