This is just a quickie to let you all know today I went for my normal swim and broke two personal bests, I know I am no Olympiad but I managed to swim 25 metres in 35 seconds. Then I managed to complete 70 lengths in 53 minutes an all time record, I consider this to be a great achievement for a 56ish woman.
Of course I could not have done this without the my favourite swimming costume.
Or my goggles.
Or my cap.
Well I wasn't going to photograph myself in all my attire.
But I do think I could go even faster if I had one of these.
A waterproof MP3 player.
70 lengths in 53 minutes!!! That is amazing. I could never do that. Well done.
