Absent for a while.

I haven't been on blogger for a while the reasons being 1 my computer is getting very slow and I had to give up on a number of postings. 2 Don't know if anyone would believe it but while at a wedding disco and dancing to a classic Come On Eileen I pulled the muscles in my groin and it has been painful to walk about, I have even had to stop swimming for a couple of weeks. I am now stranded in the English Channel treading water waiting for the groin to get better, believe me you do not want to be virtually treading water for 2 weeks watching all the other virtual swimmers pass you by without giving you any sympathy. I really think my body is trying to tell me something now what could it be oh yes DO NOT DANCE TO COME ON EILEEN.

Hopefully I will be able to post this without too much hassle.

  1. I imagine it is very difficult not to dance to Come on Eileen. Hope you're fit for swimming now.

  3. Paula I hope you are feeling much better by now! Muscle pulls are so painful. Have you been able to start swimming again? My doctors tell me to try swimming for exercise as it is one of the best exercises and puts less impact on the joints.
